Redefining Full Lifecycle Protection for Wind Turbine Blades

Tianming Technology's wear-resistant coating utilizes HVOF supersonic spraying technology to fuse nano-sized tungsten carbide particles with nickel-based alloys into an armor layer of 200-800μm thickness, achieving a breakthrough wear rate of ≤0.001mm/1,000 hours (10 times the lifespan of conventional overlay welding processes). The patented micro-crack control technology (Patent No. ZL2023 8 076543X) has passed GB/T 17720-2023 certification, providing a lifetime replacement-free blade protection solution for coal-fired power plants, mine ventilation, and cement kiln exhaust fans.
