Dryer cylinder is the key component of the dryer section in paper machines. It transfers heat to dry and shape wet paper webs, widely used for tissue paper, cultural paper, packaging paper, specialty paper and recycled paper. Working under harsh conditions of high temperature, high humidity, corrosion and particle scouring, ordinary cylinders are prone to wear, rust, pulp sticking and coating peeling, which lead to frequent downtime.
