Recently, I received a temporary task from a paper mill to deal with the severe wear problem of its paper stabilizing rollers. Due to the severe wear of the stabilizing roller, it cannot be used normally, and the paper mill is facing the risk of production stagnation. After on-site assessment, we have decided to carry out the repair by on-site spraying.
During the construction process, the construction workers were confronted with harsh environmental conditions. They braved the scorching heat and spared no effort to provide high-quality services. Despite this, they still persisted in completing their tasks. We adopted supersonic spraying technology to spray tungsten carbide material onto the surface of the stabilizing roller, forming a strong protective film. This spraying technology not only effectively repairs wear but also significantly enhances the wear resistance of the stabilizing roller.
After the spraying treatment, the service life of the paper stabilizing roller has been significantly extended, and the production efficiency of the paper mill has also been improved accordingly. More importantly, maintenance costs have been significantly reduced, enabling paper mills to save a considerable amount of repair expenses in subsequent production. This successful case not only demonstrates the effectiveness of on-site spraying technology, but also reflects the professional spirit and dedicated attitude of the construction team in a difficult environment.
Through this project, we once again verified the significance of supersonic spraying technology in the maintenance of industrial equipment. In the future, we will continue to be committed to providing customers with efficient and economical solutions to help them solve equipment wear and tear problems and improve production efficiency.
