Vacuum Pick-up Roll is the core functional roller for the wet-end forming, dewatering and paper transfer process of high-speed paper machines, widely used in tissue paper, cultural paper, packaging paper and special paper production lines. Different from ordinary guide rollers that rely solely on paper tension for transmission, this professional vacuum roller adopts negative pressure adsorption working principle. Uniform suction holes on the roller surface form stable vacuum adsorption force, which firmly absorbs low-strength, high-moisture wet paper webs to achieve stable cross-process transfer, effectively solving common problems such as paper breakage, wrinkling and offset deviation during high-speed operation, and greatly improving continuous production stability.

Our custom multi-section doctor blades are professionally optimized for vacuum pick-up roll working environments, widely applied in wet end forming, pulp dewatering and paper transfer processes of high-speed paper machines. The vacuum pick-up roll runs in long-term wet pulp impact, negative pressure adsorption, high humidity and residual fiber adhesion working conditions. The flexible segmented splicing design realizes free combination of single-section and overall dimensions. Conventional single segment size: length 200–1000mm, width 20–120mm, thickness 1.0–6.0mm. The overall assembled length can be customized from 1000mm to 8000mm and above, covering small precision vacuum rolls to large wide-web vacuum pick-up rolls. We provide ultra-thin precision type, standard universal type, thickened wear-resistant type and special-shaped matching multi-section blades. Core parameters including blade flatness, edge angle, surface roughness and straightness can be precisely adjusted according to customer’s vacuum roll parameters and machine speed.
